Download WorldCircle from the App Store or Google Play. Tap "Register" and provide your email, phone number, username, and password. Select your language community and default city to get started.
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password." Enter the email address associated with your account and we will send you a 6-digit verification code. Use this code to set a new password.
Subscriptions are managed through your device's app store:
Canceling your subscription will stop future billing, and you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
All purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Please submit refund requests directly to them:
You can report users or content directly within the App. Tap and hold on a message, or visit a user's profile and select the "Report" option. Our moderation team reviews all reports and takes appropriate action.
Open the profile of the user you wish to block and tap the "Block" button. Blocked users will not be able to send you private messages, and their messages will be hidden from your view in chat rooms.
To request account deletion, please email support@thefluxone.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include your registered email address or username. We will process your request within 30 days. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Location access is optional. If granted, it allows you to share your location as a message within chat conversations. The App also uses your selected city (which you set manually) to show you relevant local chat rooms. We do not track your location in the background.
WorldCircle supports six language communities: English, Chinese (Simplified), Spanish, French, Japanese, and Korean. You can change your UI language and language community from within the App settings.
If you believe your ban was issued in error, please email support@thefluxone.com with your username, the reason provided (if any), and a brief explanation. We will review your appeal and respond within 5 business days.
